Video Conferences
Live video conferences will be hosted in Harrisburg and will be broadcast to various downlink sites at Penn State University campus locations throughout the state. Participants may attend the live site or one of the downlink sites.

Each session will be held from 9 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Pre-registration for all video conferences is strongly encouraged. Participants who register during the open registration period will receive lunch. Individuals who register late or on-site the day of the event, will need to bring/acquire lunch at their own expense. The PA Department of Education and the Center for Schools and Communities will NOT reimburse participants for these lunch expenses.

PSU Parking

Parking on any of the PSU branch campuses requires a special temporary visitor parking pass. This parking pass, valid only for the day of the video conference, will enable participants to park on campus. Print the appropriate parking pass for the date of the video conference(s) you plan to attend. Display the parking pass in the windshield of your vehicle when arriving on campus. This will signify that you are registered for the video conference and will prevent you from receiving a PSU campus parking ticket. Obtain the needed parking pass for the video conference events listed below: 

Those not displaying parking passes may receive a parking ticket. Parking fees range from $15 to $35 (depending on the campus). The Department of Education and the Center for Schools and Communities are not responsible for parking tickets obtained by participants.      

No PSU parking pass is needed when selecting a PSU Cooperative Extension site. Metered and non-metered street parking is available near these video conference sites.
