Description: In this session, presenters will discuss requirements and key components of the language instruction educational program for LEP and ELL students, as outlined in the BEC. Topics to be addressed include identification, enrollment, placement, instruction, assessment, exit, and monitoring of ELLs, as well as Title III funding & associated policies. Presenters will provide updates and engage questions.
